jjpk is strictly a 21+ platform. Creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager while under the age of 21 is a material breach of these Terms. jjpk will permanently close and forfeit any account found to belong to an underage user.
Each person may hold only one registered account on jjpk. Duplicate accounts, shared accounts, or accounts opened using another person's identity documents are prohibited and will result in all associated balances being voided and accounts permanently suspended.
All bonuses awarded by jjpk are subject to specific wagering requirements and validity periods detailed in the applicable promotion terms. Attempting to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus conditions constitutes a breach and may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

These Terms are effective from the date you first register an account with jjpk and remain in force until your account is closed, whether by you or by jjpk.

Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited. All duplicate accounts will be permanently closed and any balances associated with them voided.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your jjpk account. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. jjpk is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

3.5 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. jjpk reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee of Rs 200 per month to dormant accounts after providing reasonable prior notice. If a dormant account balance reaches zero, the account may be closed.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jjpk accepts the following PKR payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, and Meezan Bank Transfer. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at jjpk's discretion.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply at the platform or payment-method level and will be displayed during the deposit process.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your jjpk account within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) business hours to process depending on banking infrastructure.

4.6 No Third-Party Payments. jjpk does not accept deposits from, or process withdrawals to, accounts held in a name other than the registered jjpk account holder. Third-party payment transactions are automatically reversed.
Note on Funds: Deposited funds are held in segregated player accounts and are not used for jjpk's operational expenses. Your balance reflects real PKR value available for wagering or withdrawal at any time, subject to applicable verification and wagering conditions.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits offered by jjpk are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time the promotion is offered. These Terms constitute the overarching framework; individual promotion pages contain the specific conditions applicable to each offer.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. jjpk actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting technical errors, placing opposing bets across accounts, or using bonuses in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play. Any account found to be abusing bonuses will have bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited and the account may be permanently suspended.
5.4 Bonus Validity. Unclaimed or unused bonuses expire at the end of their stated validity period. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. jjpk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
5.5 Welcome Bonus. The jjpk welcome bonus is available only to new registered accounts making their first deposit. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
6.1 Bet Acceptance. jjpk reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where: the bet exceeds applicable stake limits; jjpk suspects irregular betting activity; a technical error has affected the displayed odds or game outcome; or an event has already concluded at the time the bet was placed.
6.2 Cricket Betting. All cricket bets on jjpk — including PSL, ICC World Cup, bilateral series, and T20 leagues — are governed by the specific market rules published on the relevant event page. In the event of a match abandonment, shortened format, or Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) intervention, settlement rules specific to each market type shall apply.
6.3 Live Casino. Live casino games on jjpk are governed by the rules of the respective game type (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, etc.) as presented by the live dealer. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino round, the round outcome — if already determined by the game server — shall stand.

12.1 Closure by User. You may request closure of your jjpk account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Any verified remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method within five (5) business days of the closure request, provided all verification requirements are satisfied.
12.2 Suspension by jjpk. jjpk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account closure, your licence to use the jjpk platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law clauses — shall remain in full force.
